At Be Kind Health Care Services we provide monthly training for certifications in Home Health Aide. Our training hours and days are flexible to accommodate prospective candidates. We offer training classes for days, evenings and weekends. At Be Kind Health Care Services we believe that no one has to be unemployed, or quit his/her current job in order to make career changes a possibility. With our flexible class hours, every interested person has a space in our Training Classes. Our fees are reasonable and we will beat any price to make Be Kind Health Care your place for training and employment. When necessary we will provide transportation for our Home Health Aide staff and Home Health Aide students. Be Kind Health Care Services will employ any of our graduate certified Home Health Aides that choose to stay and work for the agency. When you work for us, we offer you the freedom and flexibility to tailor your career to your needs.

• Registered Nurses assess patient care needs, confer with and implement treatment plans prescribed by physicians, develop medical records and the required documentation and supervise Home Health Aides.

• Certified Home Health Aides services including personal hygiene and housekeeping and perform related support functions in patients’ homes.

• Personal Care Assistants (PCA's) help to make sure that patients comply with regimens prescribed by their physician, which include: help patients bathe and dress; prepare meals and help feed patients; do laundry; perform household tasks and run essential errands.

• Homemakers offer supportive home management including light housekeeping, meal preparation and food shopping.
